Warranty Information

At El Toro RV, We handle various manufacturer and insurance warranties. Included are:

Manufacturers

Authorized warranty service center for Monaco coach vehicles.
Authorized warranty service center for Travel Supreme vehicles.
Authorized Product warranty service center for:
- Generac Generators
- Dometic, Demco, Norcold, Kingdome, Carrier, Carefree and others.
Authorized warranty center for Hydralift motorcycle carriers.
Authorized warranty service center for Interstate batteries.

Warranty: From invoice date for a period of 90 days or 3,000 miles, whichever comes first. El Toro RV will repair any part purchased from us or workmanship to the repairs stated on the invoice at No Charge. It is understood and agreed that El Toro RV is NOT responsible for Towing charges or any repairs made by another facility unless that repair is Pre-Authorized by El Toro RV management.

Warranty: Some part warranties are subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies in effect at time of purchase. It is understood and agreed that some manufacturers require the customer to deal directly with them for warranty administration.
Standard parts warranty is 30 days from date of receipt, with receipt, and may be subject to the return policies of our Suppliers at date of return.
Special Order Parts Warranty: Subject to the manufacturer's warranty policies in effect at time of purchase as stated above.
Special Order Return Policy: All Special Orders must be paid for in advance. Returns can be made within 14 days, with Original receipt and in Original sealed package. A 25% Restock fee WILL be assessed. A 25% Cancellation fee WILL be assessed if part order is cancelled, but has already been ordered by El Toro RV.
NO RETURNS on Electrical parts, cut material, Awnings, and parts installed by customer.
Shipping or Crating charges are not refundable.
