5 Things to Know Before You File Your RV Claim
1. You choose your repair shop — not your insurer
California law gives you the right to choose any licensed repair facility. You do not have to use a shop your insurance company “recommends.”

Take photos of all damage from multiple angles before anything is touched. More documentation means faster, fuller claim approval.
3. OEM parts are your right on newer RVs
Policies on RVs under 5 years old typically require OEM parts. We know the spec and will make sure your insurer honors it.
